If he see’s something wrong with your vehicle other than what you brought it to him for, he will immediately tell you about it and offer to send a very detailed estimate on the exact price of parts and labor! "Terrible. Slow,many excuses. No professional print out outs.of were money went.said unnumbered part.i paid 3100 for bumper to bumper, ac obviously included. Said he charged for free.sold bent rims I had to eat 600$but good unbalanced tires.lazy,didn't take my my sensors out..and the list is long.its my best friends shop I wouldn't take a weekender to.(Scott Gower)ride high.this guys a mutt.and a lier,I took my truck to American tire and wheels..never seen my truck.ever.straight up lie.the said jack work at the very best.if Scott was here,he would stomp hole in you."

"I've used Joe numerous times and he is always very knowledgeable to let me know what's going. I've had him work on my 2012 Chevy Silverado rebuilding the transmission and tuning the motor, he also replaced my motor on my 07 Chevy 1500, he's very fair priced and quick with his work and shows you what's wrong with it, he has also rebuilt the entire front end of my 05 Chevy z71 extended c extended cab. Would recommend True Automotive to anyone. Just live how he will walk you through everything and if your on a low budget he will let you know what needs fixed now, and helps you save money.And got to say I love the way you are not left in the dark, he is very thorough!
