"I made contact with this group out of Conway, AR and they sent a representative out to take measurements and give a quote. Later that day I received the quote and asked them to complete the job on date given. Later same day I received another phone call saying that the estimate will be higher than expected. I wasn't to happy but I still asked them to come. Their crew showed up scheduled day and 30 minutes later I get a phone call saying they are unaware what to do, so I gave them directives and another 30 minutes go by and I get a call from rep explaining that price will largely increase due to wrong measurements. This is how they do business. I would not recommend working with these folks. Then Charles calls trying to justify the means, they were asked to leave the property. Where is the honesty anymore. My bill probably would've doubled after they were complete."
