Walker's Auto Repair

"Took my car to be repaired third week in January was given the run around till yesterday the 27th of February, every time i check to see if they had even put it on the diagnostic mechanic which was quoted at 89.00 plus tax they had not got to it. I went up the personally and at that time they had my car in the bay,and was told that they was preparing to preform the diagnostics and they would call with the out come. i heard nothing back so i went to collect my car because again i heard nothing back, when i went to get my car back then they wanted to tell me whats wrong the car and gave me a quote for the repair of 1100.00 which was no issue. The issue if it took you this long to communicate to me just what the problem was, who knows how long it would have been for them to fix the problem. Now the Quote for just the diagnostic was 89.00 plus tax was not charged to my card 327.02 was charged. i asked them about the 327.00 and they said it was for some kind of fees(at this point i cant remember the fee They were talking about, because at that point i was livid!!!!) Long story short, they are a total rip off!!!! very unprofessional, communication was very poor, and time it took them to even give me a resolution for the repair of my car was almost nonexistent. Please take your car somewhere else."

"We have been taking vehicles in for all types of service for over forty years. Always great service and attitude. Prices are reasonable. Only once did they let me know that a repair was beyond their capabilities. The repair shop they recommended was just as reliable."

"Took my mother in laws older car here. Was supposed to be a quick brake job however was informed of a larger issue. I authorized with the recommended work to which other things failed. Unlike other Mechanics, they informed me of every issue along the way and even helped with some parts that were defective. Trustworthy service like this is few and far between now a days but I will not take my cars anywhere else but here."

"My mother took her dodge truck in for check engine light on. Drove the truck in there and they kept it for 2 days. Never got a resolution. I had to have the truck towed home because it now won't start. Instead of fixing it they offered me $1000 to buy it. Completely unprofessional. I felt like they were trying to pull some shenanigans. I was able to get the truck fixed for a $60 part. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here for repair. I"

"This is the second time my van has been there, not their fault, mine for buying from a off the wall car lot. The work the first time was excellent and the prices were too. This time getting a wheel barring replaced easy fix ran into a major rust issue, I feel confident he will give me the best price he can, once again."
