"Had an HVAC unit replaced in 2017; every year since then - the AC has broken down mid-summer. It's always been a shortage of refrigerant and no leak detection was every done (it was too hard, they said..). Another service provider came out today and detected it - within a warranty part after 10 minutes of looking. For 4 years, they've been taking my money every summer to refill my refrigerant AFTER their original install resulted in water damage to my attic and garage. I'm done giving them a chance to be professional and take time to address a LONG-TIME customer's needs. Don't use them - they do not hire competent staff and there is zero oversight or follow-up."
