"We had Taylor come out again because her sink was leaking. As you can see below, he has been with us through several updates as her house was built by my grandfather in the 1960s. The choice on the sink was to remove it and reseal it or get a new sink. We had just paid for a new faucet, dishwasher, stove, microwave and she had recently got a new fridge. We opted for the new sink to complete the kitchen appliances. Taylor is so kind to my mother. He also coordinated with me by phone since I handle a lot of her business. But he went above and beyond. He fixed her smoke detector, he said that when he comes back to install the sink he could haul away the toilets in front of her house since we replaced those too. He also showed her a trick to shut her new dishwasher because she was having issues with it and it made her so incredibly happy because she thought she was going to have to get another dishwasher. If you do not hire this guy, you are missing out. He knows his stuff, he is thorough, he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, he is honest, and he was quick to come out when she called him. Not to mention all the extra help he gave my mom. He gives service times a trillion! My mother had another plumbing issue and called Taylor. He came the very next day and of course, fixed the problem like it was brand new. He is an absolute God-send. He is so trustworthy, I feel safe with him being in the house with my elderly mother as he is an honorable man. He still does extraordinary work and we know who our forever plumber is! The second time Taylor installed the brand new faucets and fixed the drain lines where he spotted the damage. The faucets were absolutely gorgeous and we are so happy knowing that the drain lines are fixed and no longer in danger of causing an issue. Again - so happy with the results. The first time Taylor came out, it was A+ service all the way! Could not be happier. Taylor alerted us to issues that will save us thousands of dollars in leak damage if it had gone unchecked. Now we are finished with our project and the faucets are beautiful and we are so thankful knowing that the drain lines under the kitchen and bathroom sinks are all updated. Could not recommend Taylor and Downhill Drains more!!!!"

"Great toilet install by Taylor. His work was extremely neat and precise. We will definitely call upon Taylor again. Update: Taylor came out to our property again and installed a water regulator for an excellent price. He even charged less than originally quoted because the install went quicker than anticipated. I went with a better quality regulator at Taylor’s recommendation since the last one should have lasted longer. Taylor at Downhill Drains will always get my call for plumbing needs."
