"I had my phone screen repaired this morning, and the service was great. The guys were nice and seem knowledgeable. The screen repair appears to be well-done. I'm happy with the screen protector and case I was sold (at a discount, with repair), however -- with full acknowledgment that I signed a waiver stating my device was inoperable at the time I dropped it off and therefore unable to be tested for functionality, and that I have had the screen replaced before which voids any otherwise applicable warranty on the repair -- I'm suddenly only able to make make successful phone calls on speakerphone. No sound whatsoever from the earpiece. I don't know enough about phone repair to say whether or not this is a risk to be accepted or simply a mistake, but it is unfortunate. -- This review posted in error on a friend's account, actual review by Jennifer Haygood (sorry!)"

"Scheduled my appointment the night before. Came in about 15 minutes earlier and they went right ahead and started my battery replacement. Took less than an hour and I was up and running. Thanks to them my phone can now go a complete day without having you be on the charger 2 and 3 times a day...I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants any work done on their phone!"
