"First off I have been a repeat customer of Gregg Orr for many vehicles, 2 campers, and a boat. But this last RV purchase has been a nightmare. We purchased the bumper to bumper 7 year warranty but when we took it in for our first issues they told us we didn't have the warranty unless we kept proof of it. Which luckily we did. They they said oh, well we'll look into it. Then after repairs we still owe $700. Why even get the warranty if y'all don't keep it on file or honor it?? It'll be my last time buying from Gregg Orr"
