"I work for a restoration company near the Ray Jalivay State Farm office. Recently, I received a call from Office Manager Nikki, who explained that one of their customers had a water damage issue that had been ongoing for several weeks and their customer wasn't sure how to handle it. Nikki took the initiative to call and make sure that we provided the necessary services and were able to get to their customer quickly. When our technicians arrived at the customer's home, he was very relieved that we were there and the issue would be addressed. We have since finished cleaning up after this customer's water loss and his home is now clean and dry again. As property restorers, we work with insurance all the time as part of our jobs, but this was definitely above and beyond the normal customer service we see. Great customer service from Nikki and Ray Jalivay!!"
