"They were trying to charge me almost $1500 for a new compressor on warranty! That was for labor only, They charged me twice a year to service my unit "to keep the warranty up" which I was told by a different company that was unnecessary. They charged me 200 for a weekend call and told us it was our compressor after a power surge, and they unhooked it at the unit so we couldn't just let the unit rest and try it again but we couldn't because they unhooked it at the unit outside. Come to find out when I asked for a 2nd opinion, that it didn't even need a compressor or anything, it just needed to rest and reset. When the other company came out, they hooked everything back up, the compressor was fine! Airtech is a joke! The other company didn't charge me a dime to come out and hook it all back up at the unit and turn it on. Air tech is a major rip you off company! I give 0 stars! We lived 12 days without air in 100 plus degrees for no reason because of this company. Shame on you airtech, our unit was brand new put in 2019. Also watch out, don't get a trane unit, not very many people around here can get those parts if they need to use another company and can't because they have to be a trane dealer to get parts for those units."
