"Went in to get one tire put on. Everything was fine. I got there and the manager told me he couldn't put just one on. I had a screw in the rear passenger side tire. The others looked fine. He told me he'd go check to see if he could do it. He walked away, didn't talk to anyone(I couldn't see him the whole time). He returned and told me he couldn't do it since my vehicle is four wheel drive. I left, went in the next town. Got it replaced, no questions askedthetown(russellville"

"We paid for road hazard on a tire about 3000 miles ago. The tire didn’t last and not only were the employees rude but refused to honor our road hazard. They definitely got the last of my business. Would give them -10 if I could"

"I am not well pleased with the service at Walmart auto care center in Clarksville, AR. I bought two new tires, including mount and balance, but told the attendant, specifically, that I did not want new tire valves. The existing tire valves were in good shape and were not needed. They replaced the tire valves against my instructions, and charged me $3.00 each for them. The customers' wishes should be followed in every case. If there is a problem that needs the customers' attention, it should be discussed with the customer BEFORE going through with the action, whether needed or not. I am a business owner, and I know the value of my customers' wishes, whether I like what they want, or not. Good day."
