"Don't waste your time here. I came in to check in for a new light on my trailer. The female service writer told me they had one job in front of me, so I decided to wait. There was one truck in the bay, and she was telling the other driver checking that he could pull his truck to the bay at the then of the building. I went back an hour later to check status, and they had pulled in another truck and were now telling me there were 3 other trucks in front of me. Do not come here for any service they will lie and bump drivers ahead of you."

"4 hours and counting for a DOT on my truck and trailer. Last time i did it somewhere else it took 20min. Im the only truck here , they aren't busy at all."

"Been here for the last 9 hours waiting to change a tire, I counted 5 garage employees, all having a conversation, a guy before me waiting to get oil change, he’s been here 10 hours, garage is empty of trucks, they changed shifts while I was there just waiting, every time I asked when will I get my tire changed, guy says you’re next, but no truck was worked on, I ended up calling corporate office, they finally convinced the folks at the garage to start working, this gives LOVES a bad name, I really like loves, I hope this don’t become the norm."
