"Horrible telephone customer service. Every time I've tried to reach someone, I got an answering service and when the answering service tried to transfer the call, the call got dropped or went into perpetual hold. This is review is based on efforts to reach them several times on different occasions, months apart. Following the first incident, I left a message for the owner, who I know from having been a work colleague years ago I was told she would call me back when she returned from vacation, but I never heard from her."
