Mr. Williams, known for his leadership in the National Hardware Association and his philanthropic endeavors, was a visionary who played a significant role in the development of Hot Springs. Despite facing challenges such as fires that led to the loss of several businesses, Mr. Williams remained dedicated to supporting the city and its residents.

Situated on the corner of Ouachita Avenue and Hawthorne Street, the Hamp Williams Building occupies a full block and boasts nearly 50,000 square feet of space.
