"Lied to my face as a 1st time customer im pissed atm....DO NOT FALL FOR THE VITAL CARE... I was told 10 bucks a month cancel anytime if it isn't for me now I saw in $120 purchase I saved 1.75 ha so why will I pay 10 a month if I will save 1.75 on 120 dollars so I tried to cancel online said canceled but dated next year 2025 so I called....they told me I can not cancel I signed up for 1 year l..... so cashiers catch you when your busy say whatever rto make you say ok then you find out itnwas a lie nothing was told truthfully or I would not have signed up. Don't worry I made sure to call and dispute it and will never neve rgo bwck its all cheaper online anyways huge mistake stopping in."

"I would give zero stars for customer service. They have a great variety of aquarium products and fish, but the staff will ignore you when their friends are present. I went after work to get around 20 fish for my new aquarium that I had been cultivating for about a week. Not a single staff member even acknowledged my presence, much less asked if I needed help. I wasted an hour in this store wanting to buy around $100 worth of fish, and I guess I wasn't alt enough to matter. Maybe I was ignored because I have no tattoos or nose rings. Maybe because I have no ear face piercings."

"Sarah, Mary and the rest of the grooming staff are amazing! Sarah did exactly what I requested for both of my girls and they looked terrific. I was in from out of town so I was a little nervous but the staff made me feel very comfortable leaving my babies there!"

"It was nice to just do a pickup instead. I found great deals for pickup only. That was a nice surprise. I didn’t even know about that till I went online to see if they carried a good brush for my Siberian Husky. I also got dental treats for her as well. The treats came with a coupon. I wouldn’t have known that if I hadn’t seen it online"

"Very helpful with finding the cat for us to adopt. I enjoy feeling very much and he gets along with my dog Sasha and diamond already. They got acclimated very quickly. Although he did have a conjunctivitis and some respiratory stuff going on I brought them to the humane society on 128 and they gave me the medicine for Philips respiratory symptoms and his conjunctivitis. I really appreciate you guys thank you he is a wonderful Kitty"
