"I had noticed that a large portion of my 3500 share foot house had soft floors and the wife's China cabinet would sing when walking through the kitchen. I starting calling everyone I could find to come take a look. A few came out with different recommendations. The encapsulation group wanted to sister my joist and encapsulate. Freds Home Services inspectors came out and gave me the bad news and showed me how bad the wood was under the house. The joist, main beams, and the plywood were rotten with mold and fungus. Freds crew cut out and replaced the entire flooring system. It is like having a brand new house. VERY NERVE-WRACKING but quality work in a shorter time than I thought. Highly recommend. If I would have let other companies piece meal and sister, I would still have rotten flooring. Beware."

"0 of 5 stars. This company worked on my elderly mother's home to repair a broken concrete foundation. Gave a lifetime warranty on their work. The work has not lasted and they will not honor the warranty. They wanted $53000.00 to repair what another company did for $13000.00. Told me would honor the warranty if the house had gutters installed. After installing gutters, it took 9 months to get them back and now they want $33000.00 to do more work on the home which is covered by their warranty. Called another company and they will fix for less than half that price. Strongly advise anyone to not use this company for foundation repair. They charge 2 to 4 times more for inferior work and the warranty is worthless. Sincerely. Allen"

"My house is old and creaky, but the Home Services crew went into every corner of my junky crawlspace and leveled everything again. Now the floor is solid and the doors all close again. Plus they filled some holes near the house, took out an old dead tree, and made a small channel to drain water away from the foundation. Great work, I'm very happy to use Home Services."
