"This place was incredible. The amount of work it takes to keep places like this preserved for future generations is immensely important. The architecture and the design of the entire building, truly jaw-dropping. I highly recommend visiting if you are in town."
"Awesome staff, they provide good information about where and how to see all the bath houses, parking details and coupon details."
"This is a really nice visitor center in Hot Springs National Park. It's an old, historic bathhouse that used to use hot water from the natural hot springs. There are lots of interesting exhibits throughout this beautiful building. I would recommend anyone visiting Hot Springs National Park spend some time at the visitor center."
"Great way to see a bathhouse. Very friendly and staff answered all your questions. See how the bathhouse was in the 20's. The hot springs have been capped and go into the basement to cool. They you went to your bath. They were separate from women and men. They had cooling areas. Two bathhouse working and they gave you information about both. Visit this first for information and relax and the porch in the rocking chairs. Make sure to see the spring outside."
"Sn unexpected nice museum in the NP visitor center. 4 floors with the actual hot spring, museum of the old bathhouse items and info on the geology of Hot springs. Well worth a visit plus it has good bathrooms and water fountain. Also has a hot spring I. The back by the old bandstand."
