"STAY AWAY! Over charged for something I told them I could prove not to be true. The lady at the desk hung up on me mid sentence and now will not answer my call. SMH disappointed with the service. Claims I was sent a link to verify the gas mileage in the car, that was not true. The link only showed me what I purchased and there was nothing to approve! Also, I’m not sure why I was charged two Fuel fees! STAY AWAY! The email she sent me at 1 two hours before my time was up, I called and her about it she said that wa Arne charges. I turned the truck in 40 minutes early, gas exactly where it was when we left just like she said to do! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!"

"Do NOT go to this place for your moving needs.. the GM "Ray"is very rude and racist! I was chargers 190 dollars for 2 days of rental... I returned the uhaul in great condition it was cleaned and filled up with gas... I tried to ask him how the amount totaled to that and he got angry and hung up In my face.. I reached out to customer service and found out they charged me for 3 days and said I picked it up a day earlier then what I actually did.. and I only used 18 miles!!!! I thank GOD customer service looked into this and issued me a refund.. if I could give this place a zero star! Stay far away from this place!!!!"
