"The place was filthy, inside and out! My food was cold and thrown in the bag. I had to ask for my shake and they told me they were out of the Shamrock Shake. The fries tasted old and cold. The grease was old I bet. non employees hanging out sitting on the counters. Employees on edge waiting for someone to complain so they all could jump and defend the're laziness. Never have I felt like sherwood has gone to the dogs but Sherwood Has!"

"The staff here is rude, every time I go there they amaze me at how rude thier customer service is. I asked for some big Mac sauce on the side and the response was "you should have asked for it when you ordered, it's to late" and then she slammed the sliding door. Then as always, I get home and the food is cold and the bun is hard like it's either stail or sat under a heat lamp. When ever I go there they are snappy like I'm inconveniencing them, if I talked to people like that at my job I would get fired."

"I ordered a caramel sundae and basically got a tiny caramel shake. I am guessing their ice cream machine was not cooling off properly. Did not make a big deal a the time because the girl at window was really trying to give the best speedy customer service. Maybe she was new. I don't know but should have noticed that sundae did not look like a Sundae but more a milk shake."

"Best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's drive through thanks to Mr. Robert! He was patient, positive, and went above and beyond any other drive through I've experienced in my 41 years! He went out of his way to help change our order to save us money! If you're ever getting breakfast around this McDonald's you won't be disappointed if you stop by this location thanks to Mr. Robert and his dedication to customer service!"

"I don’t expect mcdonald’s to be a 5 star experience by any means… But it’s literally horrible at this one. They are just flat out rude. This was a sweet tea that was clearly the water at the bottom of the container.. I asked if I could just switch it out for something else and she tried to shut the window on me."
