Marco's Pizza

"Ordered online, asked for light sauce, and they didn't just deliver pizza; they delivered on the "light sauce" promise! Finally, a pizza joint that understands my saucy struggles. It was so ready for pick up; I'm pretty sure it was doing jumping jacks in the oven. A warm, saucy victory in the battle of pizza preferences!"

"Ordered delivery Sunday evening at 6:30pm as I've done many times before. Girl in the phone was difficult to understand so I repeated myself numerous times with address phone number etc. Was told 40-50 minutes. By 8pm was a little frustrated and called to find out what was going on with my order. Was told they were a lot backed up and would be out promptly. Another 30 minutes later called back again and asked for a manager as it has now been two hours since ordered. Shift manager said they couldn't find the place because I didn't provide a lot number so driver had returned and multiple attempts to call were made. I did provide a lot number. No calls came to me. No one pulled in the complex as I can see both driveways. Explained this to manager. After confirming they didn't take down the unit number and had the phone number incorrect he Simply said do you want us to deliver it? Or cancel? Um yeah I ordered it and paid for it but it's now cold so I requested it be remade. Manager seemed very frustrated that I wanted it still but I hung up. Called back yet again 40 minutes later and was told it was just coming out of the oven. By the time it was delivered it has been more than 3 hours. Not sure what is going on with this location but have never had this much issue with a delivery. Normally they don't even ask my info anymore once they pull the number. I get mistakes happen but attitudes in dealing with them are everything and this was handled very poorly. I typically do not complain because I run restaurants and know how things can get missed but this was absolutely ridiculous. It should not be an inconvenience for them to do their job and that is how they acted."

"Marcos is usually fast and hot. Today I placed my order at 6:22 pm, it came about 8:45, cold and I was missing a pizza after waiting two hours. Apparently they only had one driver, not fair to her at all, she was really sweet. It’s now 9:25 and I still haven’t received my second pizza. I know things happen, but geez."

"Great pizza, reasonable price. I was able to walk in, make a take out order and it was ready to go in less than 20 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff!!"

"They just over hauled the system in most stores so it takes a lil longer. Everyone is super friendly ..Wait times are shorter for delivery. The menu selection is exactly the right size so everyone in the family is happy. The prices are like an Italian restaurant but no pasta.. but they have bunches of deals .. plus online"
