"I give two stars because the guy that I dealt with was always very nice and polite. I called at the beginning of February to get a softener. It was scheduled twice in one week due to conflicts. The snow storm hit on the 12th and pushed it out further. They were busy trying to get everyone water. I totally understood. We had water just not any pressure but was still good. He assured me we were on the list still and would call in a 2-3 days. A week past so I text on 3/5/2021 to make sure we had not dropped off the list. Again was assured we had not and he would let me know when he could install it. As of today 3/26/21 I still have not heard from him. I wouldn't be so upset had I not given them so much of my time waiting. I called Ray Lusk and they are here today installing what I need. Take care of your customers!"

"I used Culligan of North Little Rock to service my well water. I trusted them to take care of it so I would have clean water. They are truly awful! Save your time and money and hire a professional plumber to install a real whole house filtration system. I have pictures of nasty brown slush in my tank and a bottle of bleach left in my well house. They do not care about their customers. Do not trust these people with your water!"

"We had them for a couple of years, they did not service our place. They said they would be out here, never came and then when we called they said they had been out here and nothing was needed. The Sulphur, iron, rust, dirt was and is unbelievable. We ask them to meet us here, they did said we needed a second filer, we agreed, added it, and they never came out to service it. That's why it took us two years to cancel their service."
