"I really did not go to a Jersey Mike's until one popped up in my area, the NLR/Maumelle area. I want to say that I love their customer service. The manager makes sure to say my name when I enter into the store which makes me feel welcome and I feel like family to them. ( I go in there a lot and talk to them while they make my sandwich! lol) Regardless they do not have to address me in that way but they do. They are speedy and accurate. That says a lot and I appreciate their hard work!"

"DO NOT EAT HERE!! From what I could tell, most of the employees were sick. Coughing around the food. I’m guessing they can’t call out or they’ll be fired. Do better Jersey Mike’s! Customer and employee health is more important than selling sandwiches! The health department has been contacted."

They paid attention to all our order notes and our subs were very substantial (the Cantrell store never remembers to add extra meat when you pay for it, their sandwiches are basically just bread and lettuce). I’ve been really looking forward to this location opening and I’m very happy to say that my family’s experience was excellent."
