McDonald's

"We come regularly Sundays. The service is constant, I’ll give them that. Horrible (Love the breakfast sandwiches and coffee!).I think she wakes up with both feet in the litter pan. We have to tap on the door for a few minutes each visit to get her to open the door. And when she does, it’s with an attitude like we’re an inconvenience (Apologies, I thought you wanted to be in the service industry - maybe get a job in corrections?). Hey, we like our visits, the quick turnaround, convenient location, so I guess that’s what we’re paying for. But if you’re looking for a smile and a greeting, this isn’t the place. Probably why we don’t get receipts or when we do, the ink is faded."

"This is absolutely and consistently the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Clearly management is an issue here and the customer service doesn’t exist. I often feel like they are mad that I came to order. Orders are constantly messed up and the attitudes are horrible even when I’m as nice as can be. I have began going out of my way to use a different McDonald’s because I just can not spend money with this one anymore."

"Tonight was the worst meal I have ever had from a McDonald's in 57 years of rating there. The fries were absolutely cold and hard. Almost no taste. Couldn't eat them at all! The hamburger was like warm at best. Cheese wasn't even slightly melted. This will probably be the last time I ever eat at this location! VERY DISSATISFIED!"

"The lady that works the first window is super professional and sweet. She brings a smile to your face when greeted! She takes her time to let you order. She is very friendly, sad to say but most McDonald do not give you that kind of customer service. It was the great customer service that will bring me back. The food was great as well. I will definitely come back."
