"Went Saturday for a rental and picked up with no issues and I had the rental for a few hours. They attempted to charge my card $250 for a “citation/violation”. When I called the store I was directed to call customer service. Customer service said I was charged for smoking in the vehicle. I do not smoke anything and the vehicle had no smell of smoke in it whatsoever. Customer service put in a dispute for me on my behalf and said the manager would get to me in 72 hours. No one has contacted me and it has been over the stated time, but attempts to fraudulently retrieve my money continue."

"So, I'm prepping to move. Two weeks before I go I learn I need electric work on my car to make the trailer lights work. I have an appointment at 8:15 AM at this place. I get there at eight. At 8:30 they get to my car. They tell me it'll take no more than an hour. Two hours and a half hours later my car is done. That's cool. I understand stuff pops up. Whatever. Except I go to a different Uhaul to get the trailer and the lights aren't working. Apparently, the cable wasn't attached to the battery. Two and a half hours of waiting, a hundred bucks, and the thing wasn't even plugged in. One star for you."
