"I had to pill up to wait, but it was for the fried l fries to cook, and they were good and fresh. I didn't park where I was supposed to but the gentleman found me and was very friendly and most courteous. Best fries at McDonald's in a while!"
"Took 30 minutes to get me a spicy chicken sandwich. Typical speed for this location. This is not fast food. If the workers go any slower, the whole restaurant will come to a stop. People are yelling at each other because they're too fat to walk across the restaurant and deliver food to their customers. Corporate needs to do a better job hiring people. McDonald's always seems to hire people from the bottom of the barrel. I do construction and I just want a damn chicken sandwich quickly and that's why I chose to come here. Next time I'm just gonna spend 30 minutes at outback steakhouse or something."
"Took over 1 hour and 45 minutes to get our food and eat and this is supposed to be fast food. The manager waited on an employee that was getting off work before waiting on customers that had been standing there waiting."
"On Thanksgiving evening, I went through the drive thru at this location. Less than a minute after I pulled up to the menu my order was taken. Within five minutes of placing my order, I had paid and was sitting at the second window waiting for my food. The two vehicles ahead of mine had already been served and left. Total time in the drive thru was approximately seven minutes and my order was received hot and accurate. Although, the restaurant appeared to be severely unstaffed, the women who working the drive thru on Thanksgiving evening were exemplary employees, pleasant, courteous and efficient. Five stars to these ladies!"
"I’m not sure why they have an app so that you can order ahead. You think 15 minutes would be long enough for them to make an order but apparently not. (I ordered for carry out which means it was sent to the kitchen immediately). It would be. Ore understandable if they were busy, but they weren’t. This isn’t the first time this has happened. This McDonald’s is poorly run and they need to get it together. I don’t think they even care, because they know people will still come eat out of convenience. (Even though it isn’t convenient)."
