"I will never use this company. They gave us conflicting information about the requirements for a palletized item to be able to be picked up. We have wasted a lot of time and lost money due to their unclear information. One employee says it’s fine then another says it’s not. Extremely frustrating. They could have saved a lot of trouble by making their requirements clear on the front end."
