"Any other day i would give Hennepin health 5 stars. Hennepin health customer service had always been top notch. Today, no so much. Today i was treated like a small child. The lady i spoke with should not be dealing with members is she is going to be disrespectful to them. I'm not one to leave reviews but i feel like the condescending attitude was unnecessary. And like I said any other day I would rate this five stars and recommend Hennepin health to anyone and one employee does not dictate I will company is overall"

"This is the WORST insurance plan I have ever had. I’m going into the hospital for a risky surgery and needed my anti anxiety medications. Talked to them on the phone and they couldn’t perform an override even though my doctor provided a new prescription w new instructions just because it’s a controlled substance."

"Worst service ever. Is just impossible to get in contact with them. Phone number always has a message saying they’re in a meeting for like the past 4 months. Office is closed. They read message I sent through Facebook Messenger and still don’t reply. I never got my insurance card (which is asked every place you go for medical services) and still can’t get a hold from them. Run away from this provider."

"Well after reading the other review's I felt I should share my experience, I've been on state insur. for a few year's now. Sometime's I didn't feel helped much, but I did end up getting put with a woman named "Janet" she's been a really big help in me getting my teeth fixed, she's been kind, supportive and the only one to handle my stuff for the last half a year and thing's have been going smoother than I could have hoped. So if you're having a bad time, maybe ask for someone else. I really don't know because, my experience has been far from one star lately. Thing's are not quite over yet though, and they can't pay for everything, remember this is tax payer money we are using. So many people with full time job's can't get even close to the amount of care h. health will cover, set up and pay for. It might not be A+ constantly, but we also didn't do anything for the thousands they are taking care of in medical bills. I'm getting roughly 6 grand in work done, and covered. Not to mention any medication's. I'm thankful I have AN option at all, not everyone does."
