"I have been dealing with lower back pain for quite some time. About a year ago I ended up with low back pain that would not go away. When I booked the appt, I was expecting a little how are you, what brings you in (new patient), an adjustment and go on my merry way. Don’t get me wrong I still received the how are you, what brings you in but after talking to Dr Sam she took an X-ray (first for me) and was immediately put on a plan.
