"Was told we had 4 people in front of us. Found out after the first hour of waiting there is only ever one doctor on staff at this urgent care. Finally got in after 2 hours. Won't be back. Shakopee urgent care your in within 10 min. Go there!"
"Friendly staff from scheduling, nursing, providers, radiology and lab. There is one provider and one nurse on at all times. So things do get a bit slow especially when there is a lot of patients. I have noticed that they do take some people back out of order. Did ask about that and was told it was triage for ones that may need to be seen in the Emergency Room."
"If I could give them a 0 I would. We got there, first experience, and were told it was a 45 min-1 hour wait. Ok…it’s urgent care I get it. Someone else came in about 20 minutes after us and were seen before us. When I asked the receptionist she said they should have gone in order. We are still waiting to be seen 2 hours later. Absolutely rediculous. I will never go back here again. Our pediatrician has weekend and evening hours but it’s further away so I thought for a throat swab for strep would be faster to stay in town. This was not the case"
"Had no choice but to go in. Had a lump the ER Doctor told me I could possibly have inflammatory breast cancer without even looking at the lump. Then preceded to do an incision and drainage which consisted of him using an alcohol pad then stabbing the lump. He told me to my face that he knew he didn’t get everything out of it and then I got a horrible infection. To top it off he didn’t even send the sample out for testing he just threw it away. He knew I didn’t have insurance and still didn’t get it all out so I had to have 2 more dr’s appts and pay out of pocket for an ultrasound and a mammogram. I then contacted the patient experience Department and they proceeded to send me a letter telling me I didn’t have a cyst and that the doctors care was appropriate. It was the first time I had ever heard the word cyst in relation to the lump in my chest. I would not recommend this place. I won’t go back there even if I’m on my deathbed."
