"Delivery driver failed to deliver and updated delivery that customer was not home. No signature was required and I have been home all day. My security cameras also show no one has been to my house all day. FedEx has a reputation in my area for delivering to the wrong house and customers have to use social media to attempt to locate packages."

"Called customer service about package being delivered opened. Wanted them to check with Driver to see if he delivered that way or if someone took off porch opened and saw it was diabetic supplies and returned. Was supposed to call me back or email me and still haven't heard anything."

"i wouldnt trust this company with 50 cents worth of products!!! they hire THIEVES and stand beside them when they steal. the managers will give you the run around while you package is “missing” knowing the driver stole it.. they believe people dont have the time and money to sue but over a $20,000 dollar package I WILL NOT STOP until justice has been served."

"I’ve been waiting all weekend for a package. It was set to deliver Saturday so I wanted all day long then at 9pm I’m notified that it will deliver Sunday. I wait all day then fedex truck goes by my house and didn’t stop. Then at 145 I get notified that it was delivered and signed for. Well not by me. My husband gets in his truck when the fedex truck passes by my house again. He followed the driver to the next stop and asked them because there are 2 fedex employees in the truck, where they delivered the package? They said we couldn’t find your house so we dropped it off at a red and White House or Jeep. They couldn’t remember and he was told after they finished that stop they would go get it. Of they lied because they didn’t. So my husband goes looking for either a red and White House or a house with a red and white Jeep. There were no such thing. My 2 complaints are: 1. Iwaited all weekend for my package based on the notification I got, wasted my whole weekend 2. Why would they give my package to the wrong person? Why wouldn’t the driver call to get help finding my house? I’ve had a lot of packages ship with fed ex and I’ve never had this problem before. N I had to file a claim now I have to wait longer. I will not use fedex anymore ever!! I’m really mad about it too!!"
