"I interviewed for a driving position. I got interviewed on the phone and was offered a in person interview. I will say the interview process will make you think before you speak. It was well structured. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. I took a tour of the truck I would be driving. It was very clean, and well maintained. If something goes wrong with the truck they want to know and will get it fixed. Tires were virgin. They don’t run recaps. These people care about the drivers. I was unable to accept the position for a personal reason. But it had nothing to do with the company. This is a 5 star company in my book. If you apply and get a face to face interview I think you’ll think the same. Be prepared though."
