"Maverick treats drivers very poorly unless you're willing to tell on other drivers and/or suck up to management on a regular basis. The Safety department constantly looks for reasons to give drivers points in order to reduce their performance earnings. They will then eventually have them fired in order to bring in more CDL candidates for the tuition money. It's a scam."

"I repeat, DO NOT GO THROUGH MAVERICK TO GET YOU'RE CDL's. No it's not a good idea, they were responsible for training and they do not train anyone. They'll look for any reason to send you home. They sent my grandson home because he got off the trailer incorrectly then they told him that he's owes $1,000 for being there for 2 days so I don't see this as a good program I see this as a money grab them done by Maverick just to take advantage of people who are trying to get into the business and Maverick knows that they can get away with it especially if they hold courts in Little Rock because I guess they own the court system. Steve Williams use to be a name for integrity but, I guess that's not the case anymore."
