"The new owners are really making efforts to improve this complex. Security is on site, and helpful and respectful. The parking lots have been repaved, the garbage is no longer overflowing, the garages are being repaired, the empty units are being renovated, pest control is also here every week. The new owners are making a real and serious effort to make this a comfortable place to live. That being said, the front/leasing office is lacking at the moment. Lazy, unqualified, rude, dismissive and condescending."

"I’ve been living here for 2 years and the property has improved SO much. They are doing so many renovations and repairs for interiors and garages and it’s a lot. It looks like there is new management and they are much better so far."

"It is disgusting they have roaches they sell you false presentation once you sign your lease they don't care what's in your unit they don't care to fix what's in your unit I took them to court and I'm getting out of my lease early I wish I would have never moved here"

"security is bad, he doesn't go outside and doesn't know what happening in the parking lot. people honk, smoke and hangout in their cars for hours in the parking lot, and throw fast food wraps all over. people from other apartments or house dump trash and smoke and drink in the parking lot, The parking lot is full of potholes and you have to swerve around to not damage your car. there are garages here for $50 but you share with a stranger."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldn't want my worst enemy living in that hell hole. First the manager is rude and racist to anybody who isn't African. The security guard is a stalker and will stand at your door looking in the peep hole and I caught him several times doing so. I was hit with bogus lease violations after I had to call the police on my daughter's father for putting his hands on me. It was told by the manager to other tenants he didn't want cop callers in the building. I'm sorry I was in worried about the safety of my kids and myself. I was also told upon moving in they couldn't remember if there was a problem with mice or roaches in my unit. Please nobody rent from them seriously."
