"Don't even bother renting with them. Lease manager do not pick up phone call or return phone call, or replying to email message. One tenant above was extremely rude blasting loud music and stomping all night to 6AM and can't sleep; reported to management and here what was told: "If you cannot sleep please have a loud white noise blasting in the background" that is not a helping option.. Very poor at management when there is a incident occur; problem never resolve with problem maker tenants and manager just threatened to evit you when you the one have a concern. BY LAW STATED: CANNOT EVIT A TENANT WHO COMPLAIN TOO MUCH! I do not recommend anyone renting, leasing from these folks. Great job "Granite City Real Estate Management you did horrible job"!"
