"The property manager is unorganized and unprofessional. She does not take responsibility for her own mistakes and will blame others and/or blame her job being too stressful as an excuse. 1. When the building was being sold she called and said there was going to be an open house and she would email us when she knew the exact dates and time. This info was never given and we found out that complete strangers were going to be walking through our home because we say the “Open house” signs in the yard. When this was brought to her attention her reply was, “Oh I thought I told you” 2. She has claimed that emails have never been received and when I send her screenshots of not only the email, but her response to said email, she defends and gives excuses that she has been busy. 3. When we were out of town she called me to tell me she hadn’t received rent for the month. Knowing I had dropped it off at the mailbox, I was worried that it had been stolen. She said she didn’t have it and it wasn’t in the mailbox. Later she texts me to tell me that the check had been stuck to another one. This means she opened the envelope with our name on it and took the check out and then told me she didn’t have it as though I hadn’t paid it. These are only 3 examples of how the property manager deals with tenants, and the responsibilities of her job."
