"We just moved into our house at Canvas IGH and the entire staff (Alex, Brady, James) have been so helpful. I wanted to give a big shoutout to James and Franco who have gone above and beyond to help us feel welcome and at ease. After a big move across the country, Franco’s upbeat attitude and friendly welcome was incredibly appreciated. Each rental place is going to have some hiccups where things don’t work right away, but Franco is communicative, gets everything done when he says he’s going to, even helping us install necessities to make the house more of a home. So far we couldn’t be happier with our choice to move to this community."

"Wonderful place to live. Moved here from another Village Green property where our experience wasn't as pleasant as this. Fantastic amenities, wonderful neighbors, and finally some peace and quiet! Cost of rent is a little steep but if your willing to make that sacrifice, you will love it here!"

"Overall pretty disappointed moving here. A lot of the landscaping has been a mess. The snow plow company they hired loves knocking out your Internet. I work from home, so that created a lot of issues for me work wise. We were told by November 1 2023 that the clubhouse and gym would be ready. It is now April 2023 still not ready. I have no idea how they’re going to finish the outdoor pool in time which these were some of the reasons on why we moved here. It seems in an effort to make sure the homes get up as fast as possible a lot of items in the home are really chintzy and corners were cut. I work in construction industry. I have nails coming out of my drywall, leaks, items not properly sealed. I’ve had to call maintenance on the regular to repair items. Their maintenance is really responsive. The construction crews here also did a terrible job cleaning up. There’s constantly trash and wrappers everywhere. Nails all over the place. We have kids, and they almost stepped on one. If I were you, I would save the money and go rent a house or find a better established location. Super over priced for what you get."
