"Apartment is awful infestation of mice and roaches very bad pipes in the building there have been leaks in the ceiling due to water leaking through the ceiling mold in the drywall several apartments have had water damage they don't fix anything I have 3yrs of documents and pictures proving the issue 3rd management company in 3 years each one is horrible this building has not been good for my mental health me and my 11yr old are always depressed big massive holes were cut into my ceiling 2yrs ago and never been fixed now they cut more massive holes in bathroom pretty soon I won't have a ceiling at all management does nothing they don't even respond I keep putting in work orders for maintenance and they get marked as completed when nobody has even checked it"
"great place to live . never have any problems , all neighbors mind their own business . only thing is that nothing is really in walking distance . nearest gas stations are at least 6 blocks away ."
