"I have lived at La Blanche for 20 years (this year) and have experienced many changes. The majority are positive changes and the friendliness of residents has grown thanks to the hard work of the current manager. I hope we continue on an upward arc going forward."

"I love this place and am so grateful to have found it. The apartments are so spacious. It's so close to everything in the St. Paul area. There is a trail near by so you can get to como lake or Phalen lake really easily. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is on top of their game. A lot of the staff has been employed for a while so they have a routine that really works and is fast to respond. A lot of the neighbors are have been renting for a while too and everyone really looks out for each other."

"Lived there for 2 years. It’s great for a starter apartment. But not worth the roaches and the mold and always having extremely loud people live on top of you. That blast there music for hours and makes so much noise all the way to the am literally. I would not recommend these apartments unless you really need a place"

"After moving out because the place was invested with roaches. Lynette sent a balance I was unaware of to collections. She made no attempts to contact me and lied about me not providing her a forwarding address. I figured she would keep my deposit due to 2 years of wear & tear but she’s clearly money hungry. Every since she found out I wanted to move because of the roaches she’s tried to find a way to make it hard for me to move into another place even though she said out her mouth I was a good tenant and she would rent to me again. She lied to a property and said I was late on payment 8 times in a year, and she falsely sent a balance to collections so I would have a hard time finding a place. Please don’t let her screw you over! It’s so funny NOW you want offer me to see my move out papers but didn’t contact me before sending me to collections! You also lied about not having a forwarding address when YOU ask for one on the paperwork provided with the envelope. Definitely taking you to court. Just like you can respond to these to clear your name show me proof that you tried to contact me because you didn’t. You’re a hater & mad because I was a good tenant and moved due to you having roaches."

"If there was a zero star I would give it to this place. They go up on there rent $30.00 EVERY YEAR they have roaches and mice. They have garages that look horrible I didn't take pictures but just look at the ones I did take pictures. They call themselves having a TENANT APPRECIATION PARTY thinking that you will stay here and keep feeding them ALL YOUR MONEY. Then they have the NERVE to ask you to bring a can good they get enough money to give can goods to charitable organizations.The property manager is RUDE and she thinks that you will believe her lies. I ask here why can't they turn on the air conditioner in the hallways in the summer because they use steam heat and it gets hot on the 3rd floor, she tells me that it is not "efficient" for them to turn the air conditioner on I said why not you INCREASE rent EVERY YEAR. Don't rent from these people I have warned you, oh yea and they want to come in your apartment and show it when you are moving, they don't tell you what time they just send a slip at your door know and say they may "attempt" to show your place and they give you a range of (1) week with no time that they will show up."
