Highland on the Park

"I love Highland on the Park. I’ve lived here for a few years and have nothing but great things to say. The units are nice and the rent is very affordable compared to other places. There’s garages, a fitness center, sauna and outdoor pool. Pets are allowed and I love that! Deliveries are safe because they’re delivered to the office. It’s in a good location with easy access to 35E, 94, 5, Crosstown and it’s very close to the airport. It’s a very safe area and building, plus the other people that live here are super nice. The Property Manager, Nikki, is fantastic. She loves her job and you can tell. She’s really nice, she remembers everyone and she does fun things for the buildings- events, contests, etc. She keeps the place clean and gets to things very quickly. Scott, the maintenance guy is really nice and does a really great job on maintenance issues. It’s a very well-run, nice place. I love living here and I feel very safe. I would highly recommend."

"Reasonable rent prices. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prompt maintenance. Friendly tenants. There are occasional community events with food trucks parked in the lot. Crosby park is nearby for a relaxing walk through the woods and along the Mississippi river. Aldi's and Trader Joes only a mile away. Bus stop right outside on W 7th St. Great place to rent."

"Never rented in a apartment before But it is in a really amazing place. It’s like a community and anytime you need anything you can call 24 seven they get things fixed right away. The staff is very friendly and friendly and they even play games during the whole year like funniest sweater award, cutest pet award in food truck parties where a different food truck would be in the parking lot every week or so and amazing place to live. There is a pool and sauna and a white room neighbors are very friendly. There is a washer and dryer on every floor three of them on every floor Again it’s amazing out of all the stories you hear about apartments I guess I lucked out by moving in here"

"I have been at Highland on the Park just over a year and I am very happy with my choice to move here. The location is amazing; easy access to the airport, 35E, and all the options for food, drinks, groceries, etc., on West 7th. Nikki, the Manager, is great! Super responsive and helpful, and loves dogs! (Especially mine! :-)) Maintenance needs are handled promptly and Scott (maintenance staff) is always happy to help! Rental prices are kind of crazy right now, so you want to make sure you are getting good value for your money. HOP definitely has it. My unit has FIVE closets! Common areas are always clean, the heated garage is only a little extra (compared to other places I looked at) and there is a pool, party room, gym and sauna. Other residents are friendly and considerate, which says a lot! Definitely recommend it if you are looking for a new apartment."

"I have lived here for 3 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about the property, management, and maintenance workers. The property is always well kept and the cleaning lady does an amazing job each week. The manager, Nikki, is one of the nicest managers I've ever had and is most accommodating. And the maintenance worker busts his hump to make sure all maintenance requests/issues are taken care of on a daily basis. I highly recommend these apartments!"
