"Where do I start I'd you want to deal with construction noise all day followed by non stop crime in the area this is the apartment for but for 900+ a month the headache far out ways the cheap price it's not worth it"

"Ooh where to start. I would go lower if I could, but 1. Management is not the greatest. I took several complaints to them, and they have always responded with a snarky attitude. Also, they are very racist I went to their office with my step dad to help translate, and they had quite the attitude and made rude and unprofessional comment. 2. Like all the other comments, there is an issue with smoking 3. The hallways are always dirty and unmentionable 4. There are always fights and police here 5. They have not done a general inspection of safety at all when I lived there, just not safe!! Just in general don't move here. the greatest place to live and safest."

"208 w Hoyt ave …… Do not live here. Door front door is never secure. My apartment unit go broken into and they did nothing about it. And had the nerve to take my deposit saying that I smoke in my unit and I left it dirty which is lies because I don’t smoke but neighbors definitely did which I made complaints about because I had my infant child living there . Just so many red flags I wish I could have moved out sooner but I had already made the commitment to live there for a year. It’s not safe . Definitely not suitable for a family and raising children. For god sake please don’t live here they don’t care about you or your safety."

"Oh boy, where to begin. 1) we were not told the garden level units do not have AC, so that was surprise when we moved in. 2) the only 5 stars review on here are from employees for Minnesota apartment LLC, which did influence my decision to rent here. 3) this is a smoke free community, yet my apartment smells like cigarette smoke. We have been trying to work with management or get out of the lease without losing thousands of dollars, but they would not let us leave penalty free. I am sensitive to smells and cigarette smoke so there have been many days where I am incapacitated with a migraine due to this. The last email I sent after waiting two months for their latest ‘solution’ had several concerns on there. Only one was addressed and the smoke was completely ignored. I am still waiting on a response. 4) the emergency maintenance did not know how to fix a backed up drain after Our tub filled with sewer water one night. Despite it being one of the very few reasons to even call emergency maintenance. He came only with a bucket. Not even a snake. When I called to talk about it my concerns were ignored until I pushed more and then upper management still did not answer my questions. Yes the rent is cheap and lots of utilities included but that is because the buildings and property are trashed. The garages are still condemned as they were when I looked at the property in May/April. I have already talked to many people about how they should never rent with the property management company despite is being close and affordable to my school."
