"This place has massive pest problems and will not get a proper exterminator. We’ve been living here for 2 years. Our first apartment had mice problems all season long so we moved within the building to a 2 bedroom; I haven’t even lived in this new apartment for a year yet and I’ve complained to property management 5 times about mice problems . The building manager never answers her phone and won’t hire a proper exterminator. Please don’t rent here unless you want extra little roommates running around."
"This place was a dump it was dirty, and had horrible customer service. They don’t even have a leasing office. All in all avoid this place rude people and a gross environment."
"This would be a decent place to live if the pest situation in the building wasn't so out of control. Units should come with roach traps when you move in."
