"Air conditioning not working, We ask you to fix it, you did!! In a timely manner.. Our refrigerator broke down, We ask you to fix it, you did!!..you brought us a new refrigerator!! In a timely manner..we thank you!!..still more things to fix?..."

"I would like to thank Jeff for having someone come within short notice so that we can have HOT WATER in 24hrs after the outside contractor were Very RUDE to us when I was asking questions on the ETA"

"The snow removal in the parking lot and sidewalks is never done timely or not at all. The trash around the property and by the dumpster and recycling bins is always scattered around by the end of each week. I do my part picking up blowing trash because I care about where I live. I used to see a caretaker doing this duty but haven't for a while. There has obviously been changes with property management and maintenance but I have not been officially informed. I've had to find out by "word of mouth" from neighbors and by asking unidentified people who they are when I see them walking around the property. Extremely unprofessional, to say the least!"

"I've been living here since I was 12. We were one of the 1st to move in when they were brand new. I moved in my own unit when I was 20. 22 years later and our property looks terrible. Garbage everywhere, gaps in the sidewalk.. the buildings are dirty (hasn't been power washed in forever) Half the fencing is in tact. No one consistently maintains the property by shoveling and providing salt. Yet, our rent continues to get raised. Costs are increasing but there's nothing to show for it. Nothing has improved! We have no property manager and the people at BDC Management don't care. I'm going on week 2 without my stove because there was a mouse in it. At one time we had people that cared about the property, now it's horrible."
