"My beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment was the perfect fit for me! The location of Waterford Place was wonderful—close to restaurants, grocery stores, and right off I35E. For as close as it is to all amenities, it’s remarkably quiet. The lake with trails and open, grassy area is a HUGE perk! Management is friendly, professional, and helpful. I had monetary issues due to COVID-19, and Jennifer was incredibly helpful in assisting me with a buyout of my lease. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from At Home Apartments again—the strong management and quality property is a recipe for a great rental! Thank you!"

"Waterford place Townhomes was a GREAT place to live. Community was friendly and safe, tenants were quiet and pleasant, maintenance requests were handled quickly and with professionalism. All outdoor maintenance was handled in a timely fashion and emails were regularly sent out to inform tenants of how it would impact them. Jennifer (the property manager) is super nice and runs a tight ship! Always felt like I was important and never got lost in the rank and file. Overall, a great place to call home!"

"I am unsure as to why the rating stands how it is. I have been nothing but happy living at Waterford since the end of September! I think rent is entirely reasonable. The management is fantastic and maintenance is always timely. The only "issue" I have ran into is snowfall, but I understand that the staff work hard to clear the parking lot and are doing the best they can. We live in Minnesota! I highly recommend Waterford Place Townhomes whether it's your first rental or not."

"I've lived at Waterford for almost 3 years and really enjoy living here! My place has been nicely updated. The rooms and closets are very spacious and there's a nice view of the park on the back side of the buildings. I've never had an issue with maintenance or the management office. They've always been very professional and responsive. If there is one thing I don't like it's the parking situation. The guest parking is always full!"
