"I have no complaints about living at Holden House Apartments! I have had such a great experience with McKenzie and the team with the leasing/move-in process and any questions that have come up during my stay! The team always goes above and beyond to make sure all questions or issues are addressed. There are no complaints with noise or issues in my apartment. I love that they accept cats and dogs and have a resident bulletin board where residents can post various things! They also have a fitness room with weights, treadmills, ect., a nice coffee machine that makes specialty coffee drinks, and have different things they do for residents each month like grab and go breakfast which is a nice plus! Very quiet and safe neighbor also with plenty of street parking with the exception of the state fair. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!"

"First of all, this place ROCKS. Hands down one of the BEST apartments we have ever stayed at (and we have stayed at multiple across multiple states). Not only is management prompt on any requests, they are also welcoming and remember everyone by name. This really makes a difference in feeling like a tenant vs a RESIDENT. Zach and Mckenzie are the best managers we have ran across in a long time. The community is always clean and quiet. Never had any noise complaints. Pet friendly community where people do a good job of picking up after their pets! Can’t say enough good things."

"Can't say enough positive remarks about Holden House. Recently moved in and have been impressed and surprised at my expectations being exceeded. Firstly, the building is beautiful with attention to detail paid at every turn. Lovely interior with large areas to work and hang out. Nearly every room is unique in it's floor plan which gives the place a great amount of character. Secondly, the team is so helpful. Zach, McKenzie and Jeff have all been a pleasure to get to know. They have been readily available, highly communicative and went above and beyond to help us with some tight move-in deadlines and got our place turned around fast. Finally, the value is here for the price. Fantastic location with a short walk to Lake Como and tucked in a single family neighborhood. If you're thinking about taking a tour, don't think twice it will be worth your time. Very happy we settled on this place."
