"The managers are kind, but there are a lot of issues with this property. The garbage/recycling isn't picked up frequently, and we've had many issues with the construction of the apartment (pipes not installed properly, non-draining drains, improperly installed light fixtures, etc). Maintenance calls are handled promptly, but I think they would be better served by fixing things properly before they break. Also, the doors are often propped open, and our mail is always in the wrong boxes."
