I had sent an email to let the property manager Missy know about it and I had a new water heater installed before I returned home from work Monday! I have been very happy with North Star Ridge apartments and the quick responses from the manager. Very happy!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Missy is the name of the manager. She’s horrible. Many of my neighbors have stopped communicating with her out of fear. They have legitimate problems, but they don’t tell her because she’s so difficult. She has a constant bad attitude, and treats tenants like annoyances. Takes weeks to months to address simple problems. Never, ever, ever picks up the phone. You have to email her, and hope she responds. The owners of this place need to find someone new."

"Never a property manager onsite, do not reply to complaints in a timely fashion and they tend to put bandaids on serious problems instead of fixing them. Very unprofessional!"
