"I've lived here for 1 full day and already had stuff stolen because Amazon doesn't know how to go to peoples apartments. But my review is for lack of security. There are no cameras to catch thieves stealing people's hard earned packages and management take 0 responsibility. Also, the fetch system is flawed and don't work. Very irritated and disappointed. I came all the way from Texas just to be robbed. Update. Apartment complex has gotten worst since the transition of the new owners. It's unsafe and unclean to live in. The garage stays disgusting, there is still zero security and the management cares more about their timeliness for getting things done rather than what's convenient for the resident. Would give zero stars if I could. I don't and wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. UPDATE! Fast forward to month three if being in this awful complex. I've been out of hot water for three days now. They refuse to do anything about it. They finally sent somebody over but he couldn't fix it. It's now in the 60s outside and I'm fighting off a cold. But if I want to get clean, they're forcing me to take a cold shower. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THESE CON ARTISTS. So now my rent is almost $100 more than when I started just 4 months ago. Gradually increasing my rent for a completely ghetto run down dump of a complex. I'm praying these people get shut down soon. They're ripping people off. Update to my updates. New management can't keep help, they've also raised people's rent by thousands of dollars and since they refuse to give us access to our leases, there's no way to prove it. My lease is ending the end of May and they won't let me tell them that I'm not renewing. This has bee. The worst experience at an apartment complex I've ever had."
"First off I would Not recommend this place the management is horrible The maintenance is horrible.I moved here in July and it’s the worst experience of my life I been living without heat for the past 2 months been using my oven and 2 small space heater they gave me that doesn’t heat up nothing but a bathroom had to go and buy a small fireplace not to mention havein a child in the home exposed to carbon monoxide. And for the price that I’m paying is Unacceptable for these living conditions no working washer holes in the ceiling of the living room,bathroom, up stairs hallway. neighbors sound like they’re coming through the wall and every time you bring up an issue they say there on it the lies they tell I’m working wit legal aid at this point. So if you’re looking for a place to call home this is not it………"
"This management is AWFUL. It took over 2 months to get my toilet fixed when the valve broke. It took months to get a new washer/dryer. They won’t do anything about dog poop or flooding sewer drains that cause wasps to swarm it for over 3 MONTHS. They increased our rent at end of September and now sent an email saying they aren’t raising rent to current renewals. I have emailed MULTIPLE times and went to the office to get my increase reversed since it was only like 5 weeks before this email and still have heard NOTHING back. They don’t respond to emails. You have to go to the office and then wait months for anything. Insane. Do not move here. I have lived here since 2009 and this is how they help long term residents... My neighbors and I have been very close to talking to the news about how bad this management is. Kids run around unsupervised and leave trash and toys EVERYWHERE. Nothing is done. The mail room gets so gross and the door handle has been broken for months. My neighbor’s window was broken for over 2 years (because unsupervised kids broke it) and even I told the office multiple times. I’m sure they’ll just respond here with the generic “contact the office with any issues..” WE have and you do nothing. That’s the problem…."
"Never recommend!!! PLEASE READ all the reviews because all of them are true. I cannot express that enough, learn from our mistakes with this apartment complex. First and foremost, they DO NOT allow you to look at your actual unit before you sign the lease, RED FLAG. First day we were told by management that we can just walk through the MESS OF PREVIOUS TENANTS to put our things in one of the rooms because their cleaning wasn’t quite done yet. Through further inspection, there was paint splatters all throughout laminate floors with a huge patch missing, bottom trims were not applied and sealed correctly (or missing) and they had painted over sticky parts from previous tenants. There is absolutely no insulation throughout the apartment, which causes ice and frost build up around the windows and even the OUTLETS! (We put in an emergency service repair and heard nothing back) That is a SAFETY CONCERN and management does not care about their units nor their tenants. The front door does not close entirely unless the lock is latched at all times and the seal is completely damaged to the point where you can see the outside from standing inside. Fire alarms go off all the time and stay on for 25+ minutes at a time, fire department came 3 times in one day because of carbon monoxide leaks!! There are BUGS, more than normal even though they make you pay for “pest control”. The water is shut off at least once a week due to constant leaks. The garage is in fact NOT heated, there is also several missing handles to garage entrance/mail room (no secured entrance) literally anyone off the street could just come into the garage and help themselves. Pools are always being shut down for unknown reasons. If you put in maintenance repair requests please know that they won’t be taken care of for over 3 weeks, with no communication from management. There is trash constantly overflowing in dumpster area and walkways, including old couches, broken furniture etc. It looks like you live in a landfill most days, it’s filthy. HORRIBLE apartment complex with new management every few months, management is so unbelievably rude to you. Again would NEVER RECOMMEND!!"
"Update 7/31/2023, I see they paid residents to put 5 start reviews the same time I packed up and left and took an eviction then live here, Justin and the managers there are SNAKES IN THE GRASS with their pathetic attempt to save this place paying people to put fake 5 star reviews. Like i said, they are taking bad people in and running this place into the ground and chasing out all the good tenants for bad ones. I can guarantee there’s been multiple trash bags thrown in the road since I left back in march. UPDATE 3-13-2023 Management doesn’t do anything but tryna boss people around “residents don’t do this or we will charge you on your rent and we will go through the trash blablahblahblah”. I couldn’t park in my underground parking because this Asian lady being greedy and selfish and tries to vandalize my new pickup. One time I parked in my spot she puts something in my gas tank hence why there’s a pic of my gas cap where liquid was running down. She got mad because she couldn’t park in my spot while she has her explorer in her sport. I quit paying rent here to escape this horrible place and rather take an eviction then stay in a place where management doesn’t do anything. Apartments are infested with mold, the mold killer isn’t working in the bathroom where it starts and the major ant problem. The problem person even went as far as painting out my parking number which is my apartment number to 134 when it’s supposed to be 133. Talk about petty and selfish. Management and maintenance don’t do their jobs. Management told someone else to park in my parking spot and trying to make me play musical parking spots. Lady who owns a BLACK TOYOTA VENZA license plate number EBJ861 has been messing with my vehicle and she added something into my trucks gas tank and got pictures and management isn’t going to do anything. Also the Asian lady owns the Ford Explorer in the other spot. I came up with a solution and they go back on their word. And now it’s CAUSING MAJOR ISSUES. It was fine when I came up with a solution until they told someone else to park in my spot and going back on their word. Also the lower apartments have ANT problems like I have and it’s hard to get rid of the ants. I already know I am not going to get my deposit back because they are money hungry at this place and they are chasing out all the good tenants for people who throw big trash bags in the middle of the road. Any photos is recent and from current on going issue they created when there was a solution that was working. One picture is the Asian lady parking in my old spot that I was forced to park back into. And picture of the person that they told to park into my spot 235. Gas cap is from the Asian lady adding something to my truck because there was 1/3 of a tank in there and don’t need gas and I see she added something to my truck. They did this before and after I signed a new year lease, which was a big big mistake."
