"137 was a garbage room. Good if you want to bring your own bedding and pillows and use it to sleep and store your stuff. But don't expect to be able to keep anything cold in the fridge. Better off setting the room AC to 72 and keeping everything out of the fridge. It'll be nice and fridge cold yet so will you. If you brush your teeth in the shower, you can floss with the wall pubes left behind from last guest. Just don't expect to get more than a light rainfall of a shower with the garbage pressure. And you can also splash around in the street puddles while in there as the tub won't drain as fast and then trickle of the water filling the tub."

"Very clean place. Thin walls but others respectful, they knew too. No front desk change for vending machine, bring small bills & many. 2.50 for ea thing. Change machine by vending machines would be a good idea. Great location. Great brkfst. Comfortable beds."

"I was a big fan of this place. Stayed here just one night, didn’t make much use of any amenities other than the room, but for what time I was in the hotel it was an extremely pleasant. The front desk worker was very kind and friendly, the room was in great clean shape, and the continental breakfast was good as far as continental breakfasts go. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever needed to."

"Check in was very easy thanks to the lady Rebeca who checked me in. The room was very clean and also a pretty good size bigger than I expected. I had breakfast in the morning and it was great! Anita the breakfast lady I believe her name was helped me figure out the pancake machine very sweet lady. Overall I had a really nice stay here and I will be back when I come back to the Burnsville area."

"I have family in town and this hotel is convenient in location proximity to my home. Booking process was easy. There’s a surprise charge for 50.00 to cover the deposit, not a huge deal just unexpected expense that I wish would be included at booking. My concern is around the wellness of the staff. The young lady assisting me checking in my parents was clearly sick with COVID/flu/cold like symptoms. She was very kind and informative but it was obvious she is not well enough to work. I hope to not get her in trouble as she did a fine job of being a friendly face of hospitality for this brand, but I’m truly concerned that my family or anyone staying at this hotel would be exposed to her sickness. The room are absolutely disgusting. Trash from the previous guest was still in the room, the sheets had “marks” and short black hairs on them suggesting they were not changed. I’m truly disappointed overall."
