"I would not rexxomend this place specially when they kick people out for no reason and specially for people who have been there for years and then lie about the apartmemts are left a mess and they keep the deposites for peoplen who actually cleaned the apartment out good and the management treat people wrong there and the place would be better if the management was replaced with better people it would be a great place to live managent needs to stop favoring people and treat everyone thw same instead of kicking people out that have been there for years that dont have any problem with anyoje or that dont cause any problems and always on time with the rent i would never live there again unless different managemwnt was there"
"I just recently moved to this community and have to say that so far I am very impressed! The property Manager, Nancy, is so wonderful and flexible. She worked with me a lot over the phone since I was moving here from out of state. She even gave a tour to my dad as I was unable to see the place prior to moving in. The maintenance crew is also so lovely and hard working. The buildings are safe and have security cameras and it really makes me feel good. Thank you all for being SO flexible with me!"
"This place is a total joke! Apartment wasn’t totally cleaned when I moved in! Then they charged me $280 for 8hrs, @$35/hr to clean upon moving out when I clean the whole apartment myself! Then tried to say I didn’t return keys so I owed money, to only come back later and say they wrote it down wrong! Honestly I think they just wanted to keep my deposit!! Glad I got out of this disgrace of a place! Loud and lousy neighbors, always smelled like weed! Maybe a good starter place, but definitely not a good place to raise a family!"
"I lived here for 3 years. It was fine for comparably priced apartments in the area. I liked my unit, the balcony was nice, bathroom and bedroom quite large. Never had a problem with bugs, etc. No one bothered me. As long as you pay your rent on time you will be left alone. No amenities whatesoever, but you know that upfront. I received my full deposit back within 3 weeks after I cleaned and returned my keys. All in all, I had a good experience there. I moved out because I bought a condo. I would recommend Burnsville Pointe if you are looking for a low key, smaller complex."
"The place is disgusting. I had multiple bug infestations throughout the two years I lived there. The neighbors were always noisy but made complaints if you were noisy back. There was about 20 men that came out of the apartments behind the complex with metal bats and rods and beat someone up in the street. One man drove his car up the sidewalk nearly running into my front window.. There's no safety. Last year they put some wood planks and dirt In the open area, and this year they finally decided to call it a garden where people can plant things. I wouldn't trust it one bit. My apartment was small and didn't have any amenities but they still thought it was right to charge me $100 more a month for rent than what I agreed to pay when I moved in. Washing machines and dryers are always broken with no sign so you lose $4 and left with wet/soapy clothes. The manager used to be a drunk. She was always walking around with a glass and smelling like booze. She went away for a month or so and then came back clean. At the end of my lease they gave me a paper with a list of chores to clean in my apartment. Including moving my fridge and stove and cleaning behind those. That's illegal. Then they took $300 out of my security deposit for cleaning. This place is a waste of money and they will take advantage of you however they can. Do no live here. Don't even wish your worst enemy to live here."
