Those in the office are great as well! They are super friendly and do their jobs well. Thank you all employees who make living here great!"

"This place is way to expensive for what they provide, I can't speak for other units but the move in condition of are unit was terrible, burn marks on the tile from the last tenant smoking. Mold growing on the bathroom sprinkler, doors and cabinets won't close. Patio door had a broken handle and still hasn't been fixed. And the maintenance program is literally terrible you put in requests they take them down you talk to them when they walk by they say they're on their way to another call. This apartment is nowhere near quiet there's always people from 10:00 p.m. well into 2:00 a.m. outside in the park just messing around people play music leave their headlights on facing into units unsavory characters hanging out by the garbages with face masks on I would definitely recommend finding somewhere else to live. Oh yeah don't let Frankie's towing steal your car either."

"I moved into my apartment home 2 years ago and I've been very very happy here! The staff is very caring and friendly. My maintenance requests have always been handled promptly. When I first moved in the hallways, entries and laundry room were untidy. New managers have resolved that with a good cleaning crew. My apartment is well maintained and updated with new flooring and carpet. My stove quit working and was promptly replaced with brand new as well as my refrigerator. I personally have had no issues at Elm Creek and enjoy living here!"

"I absolutely love living here at Elm Creek Apartments! When I moved in my apartment was very clean and updated with new carpet and flooring! I understand not all have brand new but it shows they keep up on the updating and quality. I love the staff here! The office personnel were very helpful, friendly, warm and made me feel very welcome. The maintenance personnel was very prompt to fix my issue with my patio door and did not make me feel uncomfortable being in my apartment. I've been in the office several times looking for mail, questions about things, needing help and all staff in there are always friendly and outgoing and a conversation is usually struck. Just nice people! My apartment is beautiful, well kept, modern, large bedrooms and huge bathroom and closets. Very good sound proofing. I'm in love with the grounds!! They are maintained very nice and beautiful green space. The amenities like the park/playground for my grandkids is awesome along with the covered pad with picnic tables and the grills! Very large front yard space. It has everything in outdoor space that I had in my house for my grandkids and myself. Perfect area for a BBQ picnic get together at the park and bonus being located next to the nature reserve with wonderful sights and sounds! The entire complex butt's up to Elm Creek Park Reserve so I can get my nature fix. Right out my door is nature, I cant wait to see it in the fall and there are paved trails for walking or biking that take you right into the park and all its amenities such as the swimming beach. I can't say enough about living here in my Apartment home. I truly feel like it's a home and I feel at home. It was a tough move for me personally but the beautiful apartment, grounds, amenities, area and of course everyone here made it so nice and alot easier for my new life transition. Thank you Elm Creek staff!!!!!"

"With the change in management twice in the nearly three years I have been here, I have seen things get better, and then deteriorate ever so quickly again. I know it takes a lot of resources to run a community like this, however they are constantly way understaffed and this is sad, due to the amount of rent each family pays. Honestly, the groundskeeper must be too busy with other stuff because the grounds around here have gone bad to worse, and it's gotten outta hand. I know the previous management was doing what could be done, but this new one, although she has the attitude that she's gonna straighten things out, it don't seem to be getting done. I am REALLY hoping for a turnaround FAST! I have lived here nearly 3 years. I haven't had many major issues in my own apartment, and the only pests I have seen are the turkeys that come from the Reserve. They seem to like looking at themselves in anything that reflects. I wonder if putting mirrors in the forest would keep them in the safety of their own habitat LOL! It used to be that people liked this community and Elm Creek had a waiting list of people wanting to get in. Now apartments are staying vacant for a while in between tenants. Perhaps part of the reason there is such a mess around here is poor screening of newer tenants, in order to fill the place up again. I know there are no perfect apartment communities, but this one is no longer ranking like it used to for me."
