"I love my pharmacist Brandon Achor. ❤️ He is so kind, he helps educate me on my medications much better than my doctors who prescribed them ever have! I don't feel scared or embarrassed to ask him questions because I know he will be respectful of me and explain the answer to me thoroughly. Achor is great for flu shots, covid boosters and anything you'd like to purchase for your medications - I bought a weekly medication casing to organize and a nice pill cutter from them. They always always answer the phone and are friendly when doing so. Also they have a text line for if you have questions for the pharmacists or technicians."

"Communication is substandard. Instead of telling me at the window that they were out of one of the two medications I needed filled, they just left a note in the bag saying it wouldn't come in for two days. They made it seem like the prescriptions were filled when it was picked up and paid for. Some things are time sensitive. Plus, they didn't lift a finger when it came to having it filled at another pharmacy and made it seem like it was such an inconvenience to be dealing with this."

"I dropped off a prescription and was told it would take 30 minutes to fill and that they would call me when it was ready. I said no problem, I'll wait in the car. An hour later, still no call, so I left. Called them 2 hours after that to see what the hold was, and they said it had been ready for some time. So much for using local."

"I have to give them 3 stars. First off service was great at first and started to decline this month. My son is a diabetic and needs his medicine when I request it. I was told a PA was needed, i was okay with that. Waited an additonal 3 days and still no meds. Call them and the medicine I had been getting from them since last year magically went up an additional 50 dollars, called my insurance company myself and was told they were billing for 40 days instead of 30. Call achor bk and was told they needed a new prescription. At this point I am still calm so I reach out to my provider to get a new prescription exactly how they ask me to do. Provider approved it and resent prescription so price could go bk to normal. Waited still no call from Achor son is running out of insulin, we are on day 4 of waiting and bk and forth. Call them to see if they recieved new prescription and was told yes but it needs a new PA done. At this point im getting frustrated. Call provider bk and was told that mediicne didnt require a PA. Called Achor back and they apologize that I waa given wrong information. But they new prescription needs to be renewed again. At this point I am completely done. I got all my meds and my family switched over to a new pharmacy. Let me tell you about the new pharmacy they immediately refilled my prescription without a new PA and guess what at normal price. No hassle. Picked it up and left..."
